My prices are listed in USD but my currency is EUR; I appreciate recieving payments in my currency because it helps me cover some fees, although this is entirely optional unless your currency is also EUR. The amount will always be the same, whether in EUR or USD. Example: 50 USD = 50 EUR.Payment plans: starting around +200 USDRevisions: small revisions are free but not unlimited so please provide clear instructions while commissioning me.
Huge modifications are only allowed before I start with the commission, and this term applies to couple comms aswell.Deadlines: I'm a mentally ill person so please do not rush me to finish the commission ( ´ཀ` ).
I understand the impatience but I won't deliver a rushed piece !! I always try to keep the best quality possible. I don't work with strict deadlines either, however the priority fee is avaliable as an add-on for a faster delivery, +40% over the base price.Usage: personal use only, unless the client purchases the following fees: monetized content, +75% over the base price or comercial use, needs to be discussed and agreed by both parties, calculated over the base price and sells.
You are not authorized to change, modify, edit or use my works without my permission. My art cannot be redistributed without consent and/or to feed AI or NFTs. Breaking the rules will lead to a compensation fee for using my art to get beneficts feeding AI, selling it as NFTs, etc. Breaking the rules also means I will blacklist you so please, be responsible.Take in mind you are accepting my terms before commissioning me. (·•᷄_•᷅ )Intellectual property: you must credit me for the piece !! I have the right to upload it in my portfolio or social media. However, in case the client does not want me to publish the piece, the NDA : privacy fee is avaliable for purchase as an add-on. This way I will keep the commission as private. The fee is +20 USD flat over the base price.
Note: allowing me to upload the artwork under the name anonymous client (to preserve the privacy of the customer), will not require purchasing the previous fee !!Refunds: refunds are only avaliable before I start the commission. Once I've started, I won't make any refunds. Please be 100% sure you can pay before contacting me.Fees: extra fees may apply for various reasons, for example: certain fetishes, huge modifications in the commission or else.
